We were approached by Dwellwell to help them map, conceptualize and build a digital experience for their unique sensing, data analytics and AI platform. We worked closely and fully integrated with Dwellwell's product and management teams, as part of our multi-year collaboration. We also created designs for their hardware products and brand.

Building the Ideal Property Management Experience | From the very beginning, our goal was to create a digital experience from the ground up that empowers property managers with real-time data, actionable alerts, and predictive insights for the homes they oversee. To achieve this, we mapped every touchpoint across the user journey and envisioned an ideal experience for a web platform. Through a series of remote workshops, we collaborated closely with the Dwellwell team to align on user needs, business goals, and product opportunities, ensuring a seamless and intuitive foundation for the platform. | |
